Strategic Planning for Nonprofits
Strategic planning for nonprofits is about charting a clear path toward achieving your mission. It’s a collaborative process where your team comes together to define your long-term goals, assess your strengths and challenges, and outline the steps needed to make a meaningful impact.
By aligning your actions with your mission, you ensure your resources are used wisely to serve your community. It’s also an evolving process—one that adapts as your organization grows and the needs of those you serve change. This helps you stay focused and responsive to the people who rely on you.
